Josh Gore Works – Loudspeaker 80 4" Full-Range Bass Reflex Floorstander

The Loudspeaker 80 is a tall, slim floorstanding speaker designed around the Mark Audio CHR-70 full-range driver in a bass reflex enclosure. It is tuned specifically for near-field listening at moderate listening levels around 80 dB, where it delivers natural tone, good bass extension from the column, and low distortion.

The enclosure uses a 4" Schedule 40 PVC column that is internally damped with rubber matting on the ID and acoustic batting in the upper chamber. The bass reflex port is cut directly into the tube. The 3D printed PETG/CF top section, PVC tube, and wooden base can be finished (painted, wrapped, sanded, etc.) or left raw.
